JPS Outsource, was born out of a deep passion for streamlining the often complex and time-consuming finance processes that many brokers face. Having spent years in the finance industry, I recognised the growing need for a service that could not only simplify these processes but also enhance the efficiency and accuracy of brokers’ operations.
Having worked closely with brokers, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of having dedicated in-house loan processors. They are invaluable to the smooth operation of a brokerage, but the reality is that they cannot be available all year round. This leaves brokers in a difficult position, needing to ensure continuity without the hassle of advertising roles, hiring for short periods, or rushing to find the right person within tight timeframes. With this vision in mind, I set out to create a business that would not just meet these needs but exceed them, offering a comprehensive solution that brokers could rely on.
For me, JPS Outsource is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of my commitment to excellence and my desire to support brokers in their journey to success. Every service we offer is designed with the goal of making the finance process smoother and ultimately more rewarding for brokers and their clients.

AMELIA JOHANSSON
DIRECTOR & LOAN PROCESSING LEAD
With a comprehensive background in the financial services industry, particularly in broker support and account management, Amelia brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Her career began at one of the Big 4 banks in Melbourne, where she honed her skills in asset finance, supporting Relationship Managers and third party stakeholders, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the banks asset finance products and systems. Her role as an Assistant Manager in Broker Sales allowed her to develop a strong foundation in processing loan applications, assisting with various accreditations, and providing crucial support in scenarios, quotes, and document preparation.
Transitioning to a Broker Account Manager role within the bank, Amelia relocated to Sydney and took on the responsibility of managing a portfolio of 1200+ brokers, building and maintaining third-party relationships, and providing training on banking systems & correct processing. Her expertise in assisting with accreditations, handling pricing requests, conducting annual reviews, and supporting document preparation processes further solidified her position as a key player in the organisation.
In January 2022, Amelia embraced a new challenge at one of the top commercial broker firms in NSW as a Broker Support Manager. In this role, She led and supported five brokers in addressing client needs and inquiries, managed quoting processes, and ensured the smooth execution of administrative tasks. Her ability to navigate multiple lender platforms efficiently, coupled with her dedication to training and onboarding new staff, allowed her to significantly improve service delivery. She also played a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships and acted as a primary point of contact for facilitating communication. Her collaboration with the IT department to resolve platform-related issues demonstrates her commitment to leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, Amelia decided to leverage her skills and expertise to establish an outsourcing company aimed at supporting brokers. Recognising the increasing demand for efficient and reliable administrative support, she founded Johansson Processing Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as JPS Outsource)
